The Inca Trail is a spectacular experience that has to be done at least once in a lifetime. It has a distance of 42 km from km 82 to the Citadel of Machu Picchu. People from all over the world come to Peru to make the Inca Trail.

The route of the Inca has a quota of 500 people per day is exhausted with much anticipation, so it is important to reserve it 4 or 5 months before traveling, especially in the months of April to October.

Wayna Picchu: Those who make the Inca Trail can not access the entrance to Wayna Picchu, they need to buy a new entrance to Machu Picchu along with the entrance to Wayna Picchu, they can book it through the government website There are 2 shifts one at 7 am and another at 10 am. In case of wanting to climb the fourth day of the Inca’s road they have to reserve for the 10 am shift, if they prefer to stay to sleep in Aguas Calientes and return the fifth day they can choose any of the 2 shifts



Pick up of the passengers of their respective lodging (6:00 am), in a private bus, after crossing the localities of Chinchero, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo in "Sacred Valley of the Incas" towards the 82 km (Piscakucho) , then we will start our hike, stop in Miskay, we will start the trekking to our first camp in Wayllabamba to have lunch, in the afternoon we will go through the first camp and camp in our first camp Llulluchapampa.



After breakfast we will start the trek towards the highest point of the Inca Trail, where we can observe different microclimates. the first part of our day in a strenuous climb will take us from the Inka village of Wayllabamba to the passage of Warmihuañusca (the step of the dead woman) to 4200 m, before this point we will have a coffee break, which is the highest part of the travel 4 to 5 hrs. From this point you can see a panoramic view of the singular beauty of two valleys. After 1 hour 30 minutes of descent we will arrive to Pacaymayu where we will have lunch and we will have the afternoon free.



After breakfast we will walk along a stretch of well-preserved Inca trail, past ancient archaeological remains covered by a dense tropical forest, then visit Runkuraquay and Sayacmarka. 15 minutes from Sayacmarcka we will stop for lunch and recover. After lunch we will continue the walk towards Phuyupatamarka (city above the clouds) with a spectacular view of several snowy peaks of the Andean mountain range, from where we will descend in continuous descent of 2 hrs. we will arrive at Wiñaywayna camp, probably the most spectacular archaeological complex of the route to be carried out by exuberant cloud forest covered with flowers and enigmatic history. At this point, the hot water showers service is available, which is accessed after making a payment of S / 5.00 nuevos soles (US $).

Arriving to Machu Picchu, guided tour and free time, then descend to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can visit the thermal baths, finally board the train to return to Cusco City.
